If work comp paid my bi-weekly wages past the 104 week time limit due to I had to get a third back surgery, can they keep my impairment rating money for their own compensation?

Re: Impairment rating benefits
In a word, NO. You are entitled to your impairment money and if you are still totally disabled at the end of 104 weeks, you may qualify for permanent total disabilty. Get some good legal advice from a board certified workers compensation specialist
