Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I have injured my hip at work 3 weeks ago from carrying 400 boxes of 40 lbs each of tile. At the time I did not feel any pain. Now I'm in severe pain and unable to work. Is it to late to make a workmans comp claim, since I never went to Dr. or reported any injury 3 weeks ago?

legally it's not too late. You should file a Notice of Injury with your employer and request medical attention.

You may also want to consult with and experienced workers' compensation attorney in your area to discuss the proper procedure for going forward, especially if your employer gives you any trouble.
