Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
If you are injured on the job but don't think you need medical attention at that time so you refuse, can you go back if you find you're not okay?

As long as you reported the accident to your boss or supervisor within 30 days, you then have at least a year to obtain medical care and treatment.
