Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I was injured on the job, suffering leg injuries and back pain. The worker comp doctor gave me very light duty but my company refuses to honor it. I was injured on a Wednesday, had my regular days off Thur and Fri and when I came back Saturday my boss insisted I had to work at full duty. Are they allowed to do this? It's bad enough they don't allow us breaks or lunches.

They cannot force you to work beyond your restrictions. Make sure your company has those restrictions in writing. Seek some legal help now.
