Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was not injured at work. I have been cleared to go back to work with some limitations. There are many tasks I can complete with these limitations. My employer will not let me come back until I am 0 cleared. Is there anything I can do?

Depending on the size of the firm they may be required to accommodate your physical needs. Seek some legal guidance with regard to whether the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to you and your limitations.
