Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was injured and got work comp. I am not satisfied with a current doctor and would like to change him. The Work Comp Insurance told me that I can be switched to another doctor but I cannot choose a doctor. They will choose.

Question: Is it true that I cannot choose a doctor?

If it is managed care program, they must give a list to choose from. If not a managed care program, they are correct. Comp law stinks.
