Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was injured in 2013 and workers comp paid for my ankle surgery. The doctor said it would never be the same. He was right. It has progressively gotten worse. Is workers comp still liable for any of this?

Assuming you continued to see the doctor one time every year. your case remains open. you are entitled to medical care and lost wages, if off of work or on reduced work status. seek legal assistance.
