Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I have an injury of the knee and I am currently on FMLA for this injury, so through out the day in order
to eleaveate the pain, I have to get up serval times through out my eight hour sift. We had a training class that allows us to only get up out of our seats about 3 times. Well, that day my knee got stuck
for the first time since this injury 5 times and now every day my knee get stuck and hurts.
My question is: am I elligible for workmans comp?

The use of FMLA time has no effect on your eligibility for Florida workers compensation benefits. If you were injured "on the job" and your injury has been accepted as work related, then you are eligible for "medical benefits" and possibly "lost wages" under workers compensation. If you are not receiving these benefits, then you should consult with a attorney ASAP.
