Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
Knee injurie
If you are not legal in this country,but you had an injurie in your workplace.Will that matter affect the ability to make a claim?.
He allready had the surgery,but it did not work good at all.They are trying to make a settlement by He does not find it reasonable.

Undocumented workers are entitled to the same workers' compensation benefits as legal workers. Do not accept a settlement without talking to a lawyer first. There is usually no charge for an initial consultation. Select a lawyer who is Board Certified in workers' compensation by the Florida Bar.
