knee injury
I had surgery just over 1 year ago. I'm experiencing swelling and pain in the same knee. will I still be covered under workman's comp

You have two years from the date of injury to get more medical care. After the 2 years are up, you need to get medical care at least once a year to keep your right to treatment open.

Have you attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment with your Orthopedic Knee Spcialist? That is the first thing I would recommend. If you have not seen an authorized workers' compensation doctor in over a year there may be a statute of limitations issue.
