Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Lawyer

I retained a injury in 1995 and have a lawyer.i would like to know my rights on letting this laywer go or fired.He dose not return my calls and now i left without any medical care.workmens comp will not talk to me. they said my laywer was in charge of my medical.I do have documation of all this.In the past i've had to send a register letter to the lawyer still no results.What are my rights

It is always your right to terminate the services of your attorney if you are not truly happy with his/her services. I would suggest that you do everything possible to discuss your concerns with your lawyer prior to any termination of services. This would include calling his/her office and requesting an appointment, and follow it up with a letter. If that does not work, and you are still not satisfied, you may wish to seriously consider hiring another attorney.
