my lawyers paralegal messed and it costed me

i aquired the services a wc att. her paralegal messed up my claim by not filing and requesting proper documentation. is my case able to be refiled with a different attorney if do what procedures do i need to follow? in the matters i have been wrongfully screwed by her

Pursuant to Sec. 440.28 of the Florida Statutes you may be able to seek to modify the prior order. Speak with your present attorney or retain a new one. Good luck.
