Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Leaving a job for another...

Before I was injured in December,2008, I very badly wanted to leave my employment and search for other work. When this injury ocurred, I was stuck in this job. I am not rehabilitated yet, but really want to move on. Am I going to lose Physical Therapy? They are trying to get me on a work conditioning program. I teach at a preschool, I must leave in the summer. I am not well enough to stop therapy. I want to keep that benefit. My checks have stopped because I am working full time again. What do I do? I really want to move on, it has nothing to do with the accident or the WC case. Just have come to realization it is time to move on. Please help. Hope this answers your question for more details.
