Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I've been a lawyer for injured workers in Florida for over 35 years and the answer depends on many factors including perhaps most importantly which lawyer you hire! Some lawyer will handle your case routinely (McDonald's style) and it may be worth $20,000 up to $40,000. The few great lawyers who know how to turn lemons into lemonade can make the same case worth $200,000 to $400,000! How? It would take me 60 minutes at least to summarize what has taken me my whole life to learn but it is not the eye that is important....it is whether you can return to work or not. If not, big case. If you can work, lttle case!
