How do I make Comp.carrier fill prescriptions and pay for time off from work

The insurance carrier refuses to fill my meds. or even talk to me one on one.I was injured on a state and federal road job.I can go into matter further via telephone.

Very easy! Call the Department of labor Ombudsman for your county. The number should be in the phone book. Good luck.
