i had a minor cut in 1 of my fingers in my left hand 1 inch long by 1/4 inch width approximately and the company didn't have a paramedic or a trained person for first aid and they refused to give me a copy of an incident report. What should I do?

If the employer refuses to report the incident to the carrier, you should do so yourself. Keep in mind, workers' compensation benefits are restricted to medical care and lost wages but you absolutely have a right to pursue medical care for injuries sustained on the job. If you want direction on how to file the claim to the carrier, you may want to retain an attorney.
