Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I posted a comment about getting hurt at work as a mechanic resulting
In 2 slipped disk and a pinched nerve. My question was about the doctor
Only perscribing me anti inflamatory meds wich is not helping me at all
I asked him for something stronger he told me he only perscribes vicodin
Or percoset after surgery I just dont understand why he would let me suffer
Like this I have no history of abusing meds never took them all he has to do
Is check my medical records I cant take this pain what can I do?

No offense, but this is a medical issue not a legal one. Go get help from a doctor on your own. Seek emergency medical care at a hospital. HIre an attorney to assist you in pursuing a new doctor or getting the current one to help you in the ways you want.
