Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
Recently divorcevd, husband is in a workers comp case. Final divorce decree says it is marital property and goes into how it is to be split. The ex is ready to settle. My question is whether the leines placed on the case by past attorneys or my share will be paid out first?

Huh? the prior attorney's liens have come from the corpus or potentially from the fee paid on the settlement. the net recovery is the only part from which you could have a lien. best to have an attorney file an appearance and represent your interests in the w/c case.
