Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
Can someone recieve unemployment benefits if they're an insurance salesman on commissions only, but they constantly, due to the nature of the pay, for about 20 weeks received paychecks for one week totaling $1.91? Very small weekly pay checks. The reason for QUITTING the job was because of the horrible pay.
Furthermore, is there a minimum wage standard law that the person would have to be paid atleast that for effort and numerous hours worked, though to no avail due to the commissioned only pay structure?

no minimum wage on a commisioned worker. you're entitled to unemployment beneftis so long as UC accepts the reason for your voluntary resignation but it's going to be based on your earnings so there is little help there. BTW, this is not a workers' compensation question, WC is for employees injured on the job.
