Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

i got hurt on my job on july 31 2008. i was on light duty for 4 months i was releast by the doctor that was treating me stating that he can not do anything for me. i told him i was still hunting and went back to work. now my problem is getting worse. What should i do?

Call the doctor for another appointment and make sure you record the date and time you called and whom you spoke with. You may need this information later if a petition for benefits needs to be filed. If he refuses to see you, contact an attorney who does workers' compensation.
