Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Return to work-boss changed work hrs

After 3 months of vigorous rehab. for 2 injuries I have been released to return to work w/25lb lift limit. I learnt from colleagues that my office had been dismantled. I am an asst. Pub. Def., but am being told that I must now work 11am to 7 pm assisting another attorney & that my ''office'' will be set up in a corner of the library + no return to my previous position in juvenile division and I'm being denied attendance at a free juvenile law-related CLE I already registered for. It feels like I'm being pushed out. Do I have any recourse?

Check out Fla. Stat. 440.205. You may have recourse

in circuit court, which is where a 440.205 action may be brought.
