Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Salary

I filed a WC claim two days ago and my employer told me today that my salary will be cut by 300.00 becouse of the economy. They can do that after file a claim? Or they want me to quit? What should I do?

Your disability income is determined by what you earned 13 weeks before your accident.
