Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I slip on a wet carpet and there was no wet floor sign at work, hurt my right hand and my right knee, went to the orthopedics and detected that I have a cartilage tears in my knee and a schapoid fracture in my right hand. Came back to work with restriccions but my boss is being very demanding with me. What can I do?

It is always good to see an attorney. Tell employer you are happy to work within your doctor's limitations. Tell him to call the doctor or the insurance comp if he needs to.
