Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

my son was arrested for a crime he did not commit and has been taken from his home and family for the past five months. he has been wearing an ankle monitor which he has to pay for. his attorney never returns his calls and has done nothing to help him. his attorney suggested the monitor that he is paying for my son is drawing disability and cannot really afford all this. the county investigators came and took his pants and shoes and went toward the crime scene then came back the next day and arrested him.
