Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was told to get cleared from my doctors. I got cleared it was for light duty. My doctors told me to come see him in 4weeks, august 2nd or 3rd. I also have a light duty job description that was signed for a temporary part time position in dinning service assistant. And after I would return full time. However after a week of working light duty my employer tells me they do not have any light duties they can accommodate me for next week and was told to speak with my adjuster from workman comp. What do I do?

You can get paid temporary partial disability from the wc carrier after you miss two weeks of work. You get one week of lost wages. After three weeks you get three weeks
