Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I have a torn rotor cuff. I think this is due to moving and lifting protable restrooms for the past 10 years. I filed workmans comp. Do you think I should pursue a claim?

You need to have medical support for the repetitive trivial trauma causing the tear. Get that before trying to pursue the w/c claim. Seek advice from a w/c attorney as soon as possible. You have a difficult claim.
