Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
treantment denied
they just called yo let me know taht the insurance didnt approved an injection for my husband back.This is the first time they denied service.What that mean.

Most of the time this means their peer review doctor said the treatment was either not necessary, or related to the industrial accident. You can either move on to try other treatment recommended by the doctor and see if they will approve it, or you can hire an attorney and litigate to get the injections authorized.
