Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I had twisted my knee at work and the company had a worker's comp. doctor do the surgery on it. It has been about 10 years since but now I am having trouble with the same knee. Do I have a claim for worker's comp?

As Mr. Wieland explained unless you kept your case open by seeking appropriate authorized care, the statute of limitations has run on your case. Do you have any external apparatus or other medical device you have to use because of the treatment and surgery? seek some legal advice with all your facts.
