Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

wcomp injury

I fell at work, 4 months ago, backwds over a donut vendor in florida,1 broke rib, broke front tooth, 5 pelvic fractures, trauma to my hand, and have been to 2 orthopedics, they have absolutely done nothing for me, no medications, except cuss bad words to me, about why aren't you back to work, extremely deroggatory behavior to me at every visit, have been to 3 wks of therapy, which consist of a few aqua-baths, i do have a wc lawyer whom i'm not very happy with at the moment, i've done everything he says kept quiet like he says etc.. but i can't stand hearing a dr. cuss at me, and hold his nose,and wave his other hand for me to go out the door and tell me I stink! and both drs. say there is nothing wrong with me , and i should of been back to work now!! my bone scans, mri's, x-rays, and my body say different! i still can't walk without a crutch, 1 minute my lawyers says these drs. are wormy, the next time they say they are reputable drs. so to prove i'm right, {i know i shouldnt have done this} but i took an audio in there with me ,to prove i was telling the truth, told my lawyer, and he jumped all over me! they set me up for 2 depositions, and a mediation, now they say they have cancelled all, that i will not get either! no settm
