Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Can I win carpal tunnel case in court?

I have been back in forth with my carpel tunnel case for a 1yr 1/2. I have an attorney who is prompting me to settle. I am being denied as not work related and they (ins representing my job) are saying that my having HIV is causing my symptoms. My attonrey has been advising me that I will not win in court, and should just settle. I have very hesitant feelings about doing that. Please help me, I don't know what to do, and very much don't know who to trust.
