Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

work comp..

had an on job accident..the insurance comp that insures my comp want to send out an agent to take a recorded statement and get tax info...should i see him with out legal representation..

No. And in addition, don't sign any papers that release medical or tax information without an attorney reviewing it first.
