Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I am on a work comp leave of absence. Can my employer force me back for get let go before the work comp doctor releases me?

Huh? W/C leave of absence means what? A doctor in worker's compensation can say No work. If so, the employer cannot force you back to work prior to the doctor agreeing. A doctor can say light or less strenuous work, and you can be required to go back to work if they have a job that accommodates those limitations. More facts are needed to answer the question with any clarity.
