Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I work out of Connecticut but now live in Florida. 5 years ago I hurt my neck at work and MRI showed 4 discs damaged and one needed to be replaced. I had surgery and was left with some permanent tingling in fingers. Now I started having symptoms saw a doctor and had MRI and 4 discs including the one that was replaced are impinging on cord and I need to see a surgeon. Trying to get claim reopened ... How long do I give them as every day I wait more damage can be permanent. Do I need a lawyer?

You were employed in CT by a CT company? You need a CT lawyer not a FL lawyer.

Agree. Do not wait since most states have a time limit in which to make a claim.
