Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I work for a janitorial company that cleans offices at night. I was hurt as one of the facilities, not at janitorial company. Is that facility responsible for my injury in anyway. I was told they would b considered 3rd party and yes they would be. But the lawyer I talked to said no. I need a second opinion
