Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I work for a roofing company in FL, I fell off a roof and received workers comp. for a period of 5-6 weeks until I was fully healed of a fractured elbow and other pains. During that time I also worked in the office and around the yard of that company. I was curious of the legal aspects I can take as now they are looking to let me go. Am I still able to file against them in any way? Or do I have any other options if they Let me go?

Yes you may be able to settle your claim
And give up future medical care if the accident is still open. Did it occur within the last two years? If longer have you sought care within the last 52,weeks ? Seek legal guidance ASAP
