Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I am on workers comp leave due to a on the fob injury. Is it legal for my imployer to force me to take FMLA leave while on workers comp leave?

Yes, FMLA is beneficial to you as it holds your job open for 3 months. It does not affect the benefits that you are entitled to under workers' compensation as FMLA does not pay you, it just attempts to accomadate your restrictions by holding the job open.
