can workers comp reduce my pay when the doctor said i reached my mmi, and i have requested a new doctor

Yes, they can. The FL WC law stinks. You can challenge the MMI date, and getting a new doctor is a good place to start. The WC law is as tricky as tax law and the carrier holds most of the cards. You really should get a copy of your medical records and see a WC attorney for an review of your case.
