Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
Is a workman comp attorney allowed to attach a lean for costs if they r the party that removed them self from the case? And the pape they sent me to sign does not have an amount? Should I sign?

Yes a worker's compensation attorney who has withdrawn can have a lien for costs incurred. The paper filed does not have to have an amount, BUT you can ask for the costs amount in writing. Should you sign what?
