Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
workman's comp
ok, I was hurt, I was tol I had received %5 disability, they paid me approx $3000.00. I still suffer from pain in my neck,back,wrists & extreme tinitus. I was told simply live with it. And that's that, Is that the case?

The wonderful republicans in the Florida legislature, led by then governor Jeb Bush decreed that injured workers get very little for your type of injury situation so that your employer and the insurance industry can make bigger profits. If you don't like it, tell your state senator and state representative.

I agree with the first answer. However, you are entitled to receive treatment even after you received your disability. Moreover, you case still has settlement value.
