Legal Question in Medical Leave in France

We have been living in France for four years and my daughter was born in France she is 9 months.My husband left us for another woman and now wants to have the right to take our daughter back to the UK for trips with out myself the mother, he says he can get an order allowing him to do this even though I hold the passport
