Legal Question in Immigration Law in France
Hello everyone,
I am a french citizen and my question is related to immigration for entrepreneurial purposes.
I would like to start an LLC in the US (operating worldwide including the US).
I want to know how I could get a working visa through my own company (not an investor visa).
Can I be bother owner and having a working visa?
If not, I would like to know the following:
If a member of my family opens the LLC, is there any chance to get a working visa for me as a director of the company?
Thank you in advance for your answers.

In order to give you a helpful and accurate answer I would need to know:
1. The nature of the business
2. How much you are planning to invest initially?
3. Some information about you - business experience, education, age, etc.
