Legal Question in International Law in France
house purchase france
We are an unmarried English couple with one child between us and i have a child from a previous marriage, how do we buy a house in france so as if one of us dies the house can be inherited by the other?
We dont want to go down the route of a SCI(societe civile immobiliere) for several reasons, is there another way ? Again i will say we are not married.
We hope someone can help.
Many Thanks
M & S

Re: house purchase france
You should be able to buy it in the form called "tontiniere" which should solve the problem. Depending upon a variety of factors, though, an SCI might make more sense.
