Legal system in France and legal education in France

I am currently working on a project at my place of work and I am having a hard time finding information on the legal system and legal education in France. Does anyone know of resources where I can find this information?

French legal system

The question needs more specificity. I infer that you are not a lawyer, but part of your work requires an understanding on some aspect of the French law. In order to assist you, I need to know the nature and context of your question. Also, by "legal education", do you mean it in the academic sense or in the sense of acquiring info for your current question? Finally, do you read and understand French?
