Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

when a decree orders half of college expenses is that only tution, books, room, board,,,,etc...can that include gas to school and home ( goes to school 3 hours away) food, clothing etc...?

Child support should cover expenses not directly related to education.

I disagree with Mr. Cobb. The answer depends on the exact wording of the document. Assuming your lawyer did not commit malpractice, the answer is there in the paperwork.
