Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
Fiance's Immigration
I am looking for someone who can lead me in the right direction into helping my fiance get his papers. We have spoken to one attorney and all they could say was wait until the laws changed in our favor. He is here on a expired visa, and we have a one year old daughter. He is the sole provider for our family. If any one could offer some insight on what we should do, it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Fiance's Immigration
If you and your fiance get married, you can petition for him. Exactly how the process will go depends on each case and whether the person has had any trouble with the law or with immigration in the past. I suggest you contact an immigration lawyer. Feel free to contact me directly for more information.
