I'm going to try and keep this short, so here it goes:

Hello, I have recently came in contact with an internet hacker. This is the story...

He hacked my server somehow, and deleted everything. He charge 2,000$ using the account to buy extra hosting space. He then got all my information (mother's home number, office number, and cell number) and also got my home address. He has been relatedly calling all night on the home phone, as well as the cell phone.

One thing he did as well, is call my mom's office, and said that my Mother threatened to kill him.

Here is the thing: I KNOW who this guy is. I have his address, his phone number, his first and last name, his email.. everything! I also know that he is growing marijuana.

What evidence can I present against him to the police to verify that he has done all of this?

I'm not letting this guy get away!

I'd like to know what I can do, and what evidence I can present to the police to prosecute this guy for all this harassment as well as his marijuana growing.

first get in touch with a computer expert.secondly there are provision under the indian IT Act.to deal with such problems. you have to involve law enforcement people but remember in India they too are new to such crimes.probably for them this could be first of its kind.surely such hackers are to be dealt strongly.there is a central complain for moblie users- toll free No. 18001104209(call from a landline)
