Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My son has served 3 years of a 10 year plea agreement. This was his first offense and he hasn't signed an agreement to date. Can the agreement be re negotiated. It is a felony offense.

That is not remotely close to appropriate for an internet forum. He can discuss with his lawyer, since it is common sense for a person charged with a felony to have one.
