JURY REQUESTS TO CHARGE

NEED HELP PREPARING REQUESTS TO CHARGE FOR JURY TRIAL IN AN ADA CASE. ARE THERE ANY FORM REQUESTS FOR ADA CASES? DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS, FORMS, BOOKS, ETC. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP!

Jury Instructions.....ADA

Check the major publishers....West/Lawyer's Coop, Bancroft-Whitney, Reed - Elsevier, BNA, CCH, Callaghan's, to see who has forms for employment cases generally, in Jury instructions....if not create them from the elements of the statute itself. It is not hard, even though you will have no cites to cases to support it; you will have the statute itself.
