Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia
My attorney has gotten a final offer. My medical bills are taking almost the whole settlement. My amount to me is very small and it'd nowhere near fair according to everything I went through. I had to get a shot in my back. I was in a lot of pain. I don't want to sign for the final offer because I don't agree. How can I get more money?

If your lawyer says you should take the offer and it is a final offer, there is no magic to make it bigger. You can Sue instead in which case you likely wait years and the lawyer gets a bigger percentage and that is a gamble. You may do better or could get zero.
