Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

ave a friend and she is 16 and her boyfriend is ninteen . they've been in a relationship just for 2 months . she found out she got pregnant 2 weeks ago . they love each other soo they're keeping the baby . but is it illegal for them to date ? is it illegal for him to have gotten her pregnant ? is there gonna be a problem when she gives birth to the baby ? she'll be 17 and he'll be 20 by that time . soo is it a crime ? i hope not i just want them to be okay and happy . i just want to warn her if something goes wrong so she wont suffer . this is in atlanta

You posted in administrative law, so criminal lawyers will not see this. Repost under the category of criminal. Yes, there is criminal activity involved and 16 year old children don't generally have a concept of "love." Now, they have to grow up fast.
